The Freshers Day event at DY Patil School of Architecture is an exciting and warm gesture of welcoming the new batch of B.Arch and M.Arch students to the DYPSOA family. It is an evening organised by the senior batches and filled with cultural performances, as they exhibit glimpses of the prospective new life at the college and its environment to the new entrants.

We believe that this is an important event for the new students as they would embark on a new journey of their life, full of new challenges, milestones, and achievements at DYPSOA. Even though we think of this day as purely an enjoyable one; it is truly a day with new mixed feelings of happiness, confusion, fear, and excitement - one where they would get to build new friendships with fellow batch mates as well as senior students at DYPSOA. What makes this event even more exciting is that it also marks the beginning of capturing some magical moments and making happy memories and wonderful friends.
